1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using Resio (“we”, “us”, or “our”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Service.

2. User Accounts

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password, and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Resio to:

• Post unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable content
• Impersonate any person or entity, or falsely state or misrepresent your affiliation
• Distribute spam, viruses, or any other malicious code
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service, other accounts, or computer systems
• Use the Service in any way that could damage, disable, or impair the Service
• Scrape, copy, or redistribute content from the Service without permission

We reserve the right to remove any content and suspend accounts that violate these Terms.

4. Subscription Billing

Resio offers paid subscription plans (“Pro”). By subscribing, you authorize us to charge the applicable subscription fees to your payment method through our payment processor, Paddle. Subscription fees are billed in advance on a recurring monthly or yearly basis, depending on the plan you select.

You can cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You will not receive a refund for the remaining portion of the billing period, but you will continue to have access to Pro features until the period ends.

5. Free Trials

Resio offers a 7-day free trial for Pro plans. During the trial period, you will have access to Pro features at no charge. At the end of the trial, your subscription will automatically begin and your payment method will be charged, unless you cancel before the trial ends.

You may only use the free trial once per account. We reserve the right to modify or terminate the free trial offer at any time.

6. Account Suspension

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or if your account poses a security risk. We may also suspend or terminate accounts that are inactive for an extended period. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.

7. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, features, and underlying technology, is owned by Resio and is protected by intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of the content you publish on your Resio page. By publishing content, you grant Resio a limited license to display it as part of the Service.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from the Service without our prior written consent.

8. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Resio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, revenue, or profits, arising from your use of or inability to use the Service.

Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Resio operates, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
